Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Wednesday, 10am–11am
A playful and energising Vinyasa flow yoga class that can help build strength, stability and flexibility.
Suitable for all levels, with plenty of optional modifications.
The class will begin with some breath-work or seated meditation, before moving into a creative and invigorating yoga flow. We will end the class with Savasana, which is the final resting pose. The goal of this posture is to achieve complete stillness of the mind and body.
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one.
