Summertime Cyanotypes
August 29 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
Join us outside St Anne’s House, connect with nature and learn how to make cyanotypes with local resident Nohelia. Learn about the process and make your own stunning blue prints to take home using leaves and things gathered from around St Anne’s House. Everyone is welcome!
We will provide some snacks but you are welcome to bring some along too!
Come along between 12 – 1.30pm on Thursday 29 August.
What are cyanotypes?
Developed in 1842, cyanotype is one of the oldest photographic processes. It’s very simple and you don’t even need a camera. A cyanotype is a monochrome print or image made by placing objects on a pre-prepared light-sensitive surface.
