Bristol Co-operative Gym Stretch and Strengthen with Isidora Vlachou
Movements that restore mobility and build strength, adapted to your current flexibility.
Flexibility training allows us more range of motion, but doing this without strength and control can cause injury.
Become stronger and more mobile using cutting-edge techniques drawn from many disciplines.
You could bring a yoga mat or towel to this session.
