Open Access Sessions for Young People in and around St Anne's! The free sessions are for 13-16 year olds, who live in the Brislington area and want to hang out, cook some food, meet new people, relax and do activities, and be part of an exciting new group! |

Mindful Pilates is a functional approach to the traditional pilates class. It still applies the main principles of Joseph Pilates, but with a broader mindful spectrum of exercises to add variety, such as the use of bender balls or resistance bands. |
