Improve your lifting by focusing on foundational barbell movements and exercises.

Barbells are long metal bars that are used in weight training. We have a range of weighted bars, from 5kg to 20kg.

Suitable for beginners and experienced people who want to improve their technique.

Arrive from 7pm for a prompt start at 7:05pm.
