Gallery space
Experience our spacious and well-lit gallery, perfect for showcasing exhibitions, talks, workshops and performances. You can also make use of the Chipper Room, which can serve as extra storage, green room, or private workshops space.

Package options:
1. Dry Hire: An option for those who want to manage the full opening themselves.
Duration: One week, with up to 4 consecutive open days (unstaffed)
Hirers manage opening/closing, reception duties, and invigilation.
Alcohol sales and donation bars are not permitted, but you can offer free drinks.
Rates:
£350 + VAT for solo shows
£400 + VAT for group/organisation shows
2. Bar Hire: An ideal option if you’d like to include a staffed open evening with a bar.
Duration: One week, with up to 4 consecutive open days (unstaffed).
Includes a staffed open evening with our Bricks bar (maximum bar service of 3.5 hours).
Includes 4.5 hours of staff time for setup and bar service.
Rates:
£400 + VAT for solo shows
£450 + VAT for group/organisation shows
3. Cafe Hire: An offer where the cafe will remain open, to provide, food, hot drinks and cocktails. (limited time slots – please book in plenty of advance)
Duration: One week, with up to 4 consecutive open days (unstaffed).
Includes a staffed open evening with food and drinks provided by the Cibomatto Canteen.
A staff member will manage reception and lock up the building.
Rates:
£500 + VAT for solo shows
£550 + VAT for group/organisation shows

You could hire out multiple rooms to run an arts festival, we have hosted different festivals such as The Palace International Festival, Control Shift Feeling Machines Weekender, Bristol Photo Festival, and Mayfest.
