Mindful Pilates is a functional approach to the traditional pilates class. It still applies the main principles of Joseph Pilates, but with a broader mindful spectrum of exercises to add variety, such as the use of bender balls or resistance bands.

Open Access Sessions for Young People in and around St Anne's!
Every Tuesday, 5pm - 7pm.
The free sessions are for 13-16 year olds, who live in the Brislington area and want to hang out, cook some food, meet new people, relax and do activities, and be part of an exciting new group!
Come and join us for a playful and energising flow with plenty of optional modifications, making it suitable for all levels.
These sessions hosted by The Reader are a chance for people to come together in St Anne’s, to read and listen to stories and poems together.
Join us every Wednesday at 5pm – 7pm starting on the 24 January for 11 weeks at St Anne’s House for a chance to enjoy a free drama course culminating in a performance.
