Antony creates new life into discarded resources, he converted a decommissioned toilet block into a hub for cultivating gourmet mushrooms.

From Shiitake mushrooms to Lion’s Mane, Antony’s farm is a sight to see, and his mushrooms are something to experience!

Antony regularly attends events and hosts talks around his journey, findings, process, and available produce.
