David Netherwood

David is a town planner, working in the public sector in Wales with experience working on planning applications and planning policy.

With a passion for urban regeneration, the night time economy, and community/neighbourhood planning, he also offers his time to volunteer at Planning Aid Wales, as well as for paid consultancy work for projects in England (householder and small-scale planning applications and advice for appeals and committee hearings).
