Kate Evans
Using delicate line drawings and watercolour washes set against large areas of negative space, Kate Evans produces images that reflect the richness of their subject matter.
Often painting desolate buildings in remote areas of America, Scandinavia and Europe, Kate’s work creates a feeling of isolation and space, ultimately depicting the sheer wilderness of these locations.

Projects
Kate was commissioned by the Physiotherapy department in the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford to create a design for a large wall mural.
Kate created a series of paintings which would be reproduced and printed onto a wall vinyl; transforming a refurbished entrance hall into a calming waiting room for patients.
