Join the Bricks Team: Four New Roles Shaping What’s Next
Bricks is recruiting for four amazing roles!
As our team grows and projects expand we are looking for motivated people to become part of our exciting and impactful projects, both at St Anne’s House and beyond. In April we are sadly saying goodbye to our current Head of Operations who is retiring, and as such we are thinking forwards to how to make sure we have a team structure that works for what is ahead, which may include you!
These roles invite four different sets of skills and types of people to join Bricks, bringing meaningful and flexible opportunities and appealing to a range of different interests, all working together to create impactful opportunities for local and creative communities to thrive. With various part time and flexible roles, as well as a new senior role at the organisation, it’s a great time to become part of the Bricks team.
We’re excited about who might join us, as well as the point this marks for our team as our remit expands, developing our Public Art and Creative Infrastructure Agency into a new team. This team will be key as we look to take on new spaces and an increasing number of public art commissions, as well as completing a community asset transfer of the St Anne’s House building to Bricks which will unlock the opportunity to run a capital development programme to retrofit the building and secure its future use and viability.
The roles:
- Head of Creative Infrastructure and Public Art, 3 days a week
- Public Art Producer, 3 days a week
- Facilities Coordinator, 4 days a week
- Fundraising Lead, 2 days a week
We’re particularly keen to hear from those who are from groups underrepresented in the arts and community sectors, knowing that our work will be stronger the greater the diversity in our team.
