Communities and Public Health Hire

Hosted in Mill Room and Pulp Room

In March 2024, Bristol City Council Public Health team joined us at St Anne’s House for their team day. The day was full of activities, from newspaper clothes making – to cat walks, as well as talks, and building activities for all involved. It was great to see the space so vibrant with visitors!

We hired both large rooms Pulp and Mill at St Anne’s House for an event bringing together colleagues from Communities and Public Health Service from the council and we had around 80 people attending. Using both spaces gave us flexibility in running activities and allowed people to network and meet each other.

We seated 80 people in the Mill room comfortably but used a PA kit so everyone could hear. We used the Pulp room as a breakout space where we had a number of tables and chairs for activities and people could get their teas and coffees. It was a great space to use, its fully accessible and the staff were very helpful – big thanks to Erin and Ruby.” – Terry Black
