SUMMARY:Creative Circle
DESCRIPTION:Join our weekly creative meet-up group set up by a local volunteer Elisha. \nThis is a space to explore art\, crafts\, and get creative. Everyone is welcome—whether you’re looking to try something new\, have a project in mind\, want to meet new people in your local area\, or just need some ‘you’ time. No artistic experience is needed\, but if you have skills to share\, that’s great too. As a new group\, we’ll decide what we want to explore. Welcoming all ideas and creating projects we can learn together! \nEvery Monday \n9.30am–11am. \n‘I’ve set this up because I love being creative\, whether that’s getting my paints out\, crafting things with my kids\, crocheting or making presents. After speaking to other parents\, I realised that my desire to have a creative meeting space\, open during school hours\, was something others would also enjoy. Knowing this\, it inspired me to create one. So the plan is to create a relaxed space for anyone who wants to join…Parent or not.’ – Elisha \nWe will set up a theme for each session\, where I can give inspiration and projects everyone can get involved in. There will be a WhatsApp group set up to share ideas and inspiration. The aim is to provide a creative space where we can all explore in a safe\, relaxed & friendly way. But please also feel free to bring any projects you’re working on\, you’re work may inspire us. \nSessions are free and open to those aged 18 and over\, no booking necessary. \nIf you have a small child\, you’re welcome to bring them along\, as long as you’re still able to participate fully in the session. The focus is on taking time for yourself\, so we ask that you judge whether you can take part with your child alongside. \nWe know it can be hard to anticipate\, so you are welcome to come along and test it out! \nIf you have any questions please email; georgia@bricksbristol.org

SUMMARY:St Anne's Winter Market 2025
DESCRIPTION:St Anne’s Winter Market returns to St Anne’s House on Saturday 29 November\, bringing the whole building to life with artists\, makers\, workshops and warm seasonal food from Cibomatto. Running from 10am–5pm\, the market offers a relaxed and creative day for visitors of all ages to explore\, browse and enjoy the atmosphere. \nThis year’s event brings together a vibrant mix of local and regional makers working across illustration\, printmaking\, textiles\, ceramics\, jewellery\, natural products\, homegrown produce\, books and zines. From limited-edition prints and risograph artwork to handmade winter goods and botanical creations\, the market showcases a wide range of creative practices and unique pieces you won’t find anywhere else. \nAlongside the stalls\, a programme of drop-in workshops and demonstrations will be running throughout the day. Led by local practitioners\, these sessions include weaving\, creative repair\, mending\, bushcraft activities\, seasonal crafts and more. Workshops are open to all ages\, and are designed to be accessible and hands-on — offering a chance to try something new\, learn from makers\, or simply enjoy being part of the activity. \nCibomatto will be serving hot winter food\, cakes and drinks in the canteen\, creating one of the warmest corners of the building to sit\, eat and take a break between exploring the market. \nThe Winter Market forms part of Bricks’ wider work at St Anne’s House to support creativity and community connection within our neighbourhood. By bringing artists and visitors together in an open\, accessible setting\, we aim to create opportunities for people to engage with culture in everyday ways and celebrate the creativity happening around them. \nThe event is free to attend\, with step-free access throughout the building.\nWe’ll be sharing more updates and trader spotlights in the lead-up to the day via @bricksbristol on Instagram and Facebook. \nWe look forward to welcoming you to St Anne’s House for a lively\, creative and community-focused Winter Market.

SUMMARY:Vinyasa Flow Yoga
DESCRIPTION:Vinyasa Flow Yoga – 6-7pm Every Monday at St.Anne’s House (in the Mill Room).\n \nWe begin nearly every class with seated meditation and breathwork to help us ground down and land into the Yoga practice. We then gradually warm up and mobilise the whole body to help prepare it for a series of breath led movement sequences that help build strength\, flexibility and stability (all whilst being playful and mindful along the way). Ultimately\, this is a moving meditation and a chance to step out of the chaos of everyday life and enjoy an hour to be present\, and enjoy some nourishing and explorative movement in a supportive environment.\n\nI aim to make my classes as inclusive and accessible as possible\, no matter what ‘level’ or experience of Yoga. I love to encourage people to find their own flow with their practice and there’s never any judgement if people want to add more or leave out certain movements within class.  It’s a really friendly group and I always try to create an uplifting environment in which to practice (with some good tunes playing and some lovely smelling oils diffusing 🙂\n \nAll classes can be booked here.\n\n\n\nIf you have any questions or queries at all\, please do feel free to email me via: lucyrazzmassageandyoga@gmail.com\n\n \nI can’t express enough how wonderful Lucy is and how peaceful and energising the classes are. Lucy creates a safe\, inclusive and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!  – Helen

– Helen
