SUMMARY:Wild Kin Youth Theatre
DESCRIPTION:Join Wild Kin Youth Theatre! \nOur weekly drama sessions are a space to build confidence\, make friends\, and explore theatre techniques in a supportive environment. No auditions required! Each year\, members will also have the chance to perform in a full-scale original production. \n\nWhat to expect from WILD KIN…\n​ \nWILD KIN meet every Thursday (term time)\, running from 5:45pm – 7:00pm. \nWILD KIN runs sessions catered to young people aged between 11-18 \nWILD KIN runs across three terms per year\, AUTUMN\, WINTER and SPRING with breaks for half term holidays. \nSessions cost £10 each\, paid termly. \nWe offer a taster session completely FREE\, so the first term would be £90. Each following term will be £100. \nOnce we are up and running WKYT members can sign up to take part in a half-term project (at least once a year) where we’ll rehearse and perform an original play written especially for our cast. This extra project is completely optional and does come at an additional cost to help cover the hire of our space\, props\, costumes\, staging and lights – and to bring in professional music directors who write and teach the songs for our shows.
