Bristol Co-operative Gym All-round Weightlifting with Barney Ball
Develop strength by learning classic weightlifting exercises.

Inspired by powerlifting (squat, bench, deadlift), olympic weightlifting (snatch, clean, jerk) and 19th century strongmen and strongwomen (bent press, pullover).

Find the lifts that feel best for you, while building strength and mobility.

This class is an opportunity for play and experimentation.
