DESCRIPTION:A relaxed nurturing space to be with other SEND parent carers and tend to your own well-being. The session will include journalling\, sharing in small groups\, guided relaxation and biscuits. \nThis gathering can also be used for previous nurture groups to continue connecting up or for parent carers waiting to attend a new Murmuration Nurture group to connect with other parent carers. \nBook on here.
