Bristol Jar Squad – First Session

Bristol Jar Squad is BACK on Sun 17 Mar for an extra special Palestinian fundraiser. They will be running two sessions, 1-3pm and 3-5pm and making Palestinian inspired preserves including Shatta, a fermented hot sauce, and Preserved Lemons.

Jar Squad is a commoning project which means we run it collectively, share responsibilities and prioritise being together rather than transactional relationships.

We are aiming towards a circular economy, reducing food waste, making the most of gluts and rediscovering communal abundance, collective action, and conviviality.
